Location: Palmetto, FL
Supports domestic and international tax compliance activities, with a primary focus on payroll tax compliance for individuals working across multiple jurisdictions. This role assists with regulatory filings, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize payroll and engagement data for
international compliance requirements
- Prepare and coordinate tax registrations, filings,
and documentation with local authorities and
service providers
- Research payroll withholding, reporting obligations, and
treaty considerations across jurisdictions
- Prepare periodic payroll reconciliations and related
tax filings
- Support domestic tax filings, including state and
sales/use tax documentation
- Assist with international tax filings and residency-
related documentation
- Submit payment requests, track professional fees, and
support tax calendars and workflows
- Assist with special projects and provide general support
to the tax team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience preferred
- Knowledge of payroll or tax compliance, especially in
multi-jurisdiction environments, a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook,
and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, communication, and time
management skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle
confidential information
